Week 12
Hello Families!
We had a very fun time starting our tree study this week! We will look at what foods come from trees starting next week which will take us to Thanksgiving!
With the cold weather now here, we are going to start practicing putting on all of our snow gear independently at school. If you could practice at home, that would be super helpful! At school we teach students "the magic coat flip" which is laying the coat on the ground with the hood (or tags if there is no hood) by their feet, then putting their hands in the arm holes and flipping it over their head. If you prefer to have them put it on a different way, that is totally fine :) I just like to let you all know so there's no confusion at home if you say put your coat on and your student puts there coat on the floor! Independence in putting their snow gear on is something we will be working on all winter long!
Things to Know:
