Week 34

Hello Families!

We learned about wind and clouds this week! We looked up at the clouds and tried to see new pictures in them, and watched a short video about kites and how they fly in the wind! Next week we will be looking at rain, but also doing a little learning about Tulip Time (I can't believe it's that time already!)

REMINDERS/DATES:

Library Books: I sent home the list of books that are checked out to your student on Monday/Tuesday! Please try and get all the books in by the end of next week! If you know you have lost a book that you need to replace, you can either give me an envelope of cash with your students name on it or make a check out to Holland Christian.

Thursday- No Enrichment: Due to Tulip Time there will be NO enrichment next week Thursday (the 11th). All students will need to be picked up at 11:15!

Brunch- May 16th: There are still a few things we need for brunch next week Tuesday! If you haven't had a chance to sign up please take a look!

Convocation- May 17: We will be attending Convocation on May 17 at the High School. We will get on the bus at 8:35 and head over with the help of Mrs. Overbeek, so please make sure that you're on time that morning!

Windstrom park- May 25: We will be heading to Windstrom Park from 9-11! This will be a preschool-wide time to hang out and play!

From Rose Park:

Dear Rose Park Families,

We have the opportunity to bless and support area special needs families through a joint project by two local nonprofits: thelucasproject.org and A Kid Again. The Lucas Project was begun by one of our new Rose Park families and Ms. Scott's class will be helping to pack these care packages on June 1. Any gifts, either purchased through the Amazon Wish List or monetary donations given at https://thelucasproject.org  website, will be welcomed and used to encourage caregivers of special needs and their entire family. What a wonderful way to share God's love with others as we end our school year. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
