Week 19
Hello Families!
It was so great to be back with everyone this week! I truly missed seeing each students smiling face over break! It feels so good to be back all together!
Next week we will be starting to look at winter (now that we finally have snow) and many things that go with winter! We will also continue to work on learning how to spell our names and number identification!
Things to Know:
No School Monday (January 15) for MLK Day!
Conferences: Conference will be the week of January 22. They consist of going over your child progress so far this year and what we hope to work on over the next semester, as well as a time for you to ask any questions you have about next year. Conferences are not required, but I love getting to tell you all the wonderful things about having your student in class! The sign up is below. If none of these times work for you, please let me know and we can find a different time to chat!
Classroom Wish: Winter is officially here and boy do our preschoolers love to play in the snow!! Looking at our classroom register full of wet gloves/mittens and hats we have been brainstorming on how we can dry our outdoor gear between recesses. We all know from experience it isn't fun to put wet gloves on. Another teacher at school has these in her classroom and they work perfectly!
This is by no means required, but it you would like to buy one for our room or donate money towards a few please let me know! Here is a link below to check it out!
