 Hello Families!  We had a very fun week of school! We went on our first field trip and we LOVED the bus! We are getting in the swing of things and slowly learning our routines at school!  Next week we will keep learning our routines, and we will start learning some more of our rules and how to be a good friend at school!  Things to Know:  No School Monday! Enjoy your Labor Day!  Lockers: We have had a few kids drop, and we will be adding a student or two soon. When you return next week Wednesday, your students locker may moved over a locker or two, so make sure you put your student's things in the correct place!  Walk-a-thon: Yesterday we sent home a information about our yearly walk-a-thon. Hello Families!  We made it through the first week! We had so much fun getting to know all your sweet boys and girls! This is going to be a very fun year!  Next week, we will be experiencing a few new things!  On Monday we will be going to chapel for the first time with all the other girls and boys at Rose Park! We will be sitting with our buddies (Mrs. Diekema's third grade class, that we met today!) On Wednesday, we will be going to the High School for our all-school convocation ! We will all meet at Rose Park and do our normal drop-off in my classroom. Then our class will get on a school bus and drive over to the High School. We will all sit together, enjoy our time with everyone else, then we will come back and finish our day "normally." If the weather is nice, we will all sit outside in the bleachers at the football stadium, so make sure your child has a jacket if it's a chilly morning!  Reminders/Announcements: Sign-In/Out: Please do your best to remember to ...
