Week Two

Hello Families! This week we really got to see all of the students little personalities! As many children in the class are starting to adjust to the new routine of school and feel more comfortable with their peers, they have truly come alive and are showing us what makes them so special. We also had many children start to ask questions about school and what activities we will be doing, which tells me we are right on track to keep adding structure to our normal routine. Which we will do by adding in small group time and centers!  Our friends on Tuesday got to experience their first substitute teacher, Mrs. G. I've been told it went very well, and that I have an exceptional class (which I completely agree with!) Our friends on Wednesday got to go on an adventure to the High School to go to convocation! The First Week!

We Made It!! The first week is in the books! I can say that my first week jitters are now gone and I am ready and so excited for our year!  It was such a joy-filled week. Which is why this week we mostly just played together. We played games in our room, we played outside, we even played line games in ...

Hello Families and welcome to my blog! This is where I will post all important information that you need know, as well as a weekly update about what's going on in the classroom! There will be a link to a calendar of events (once I figure out how to put that in), so you can always look at what's coming up. I will also try to put some community dates and activities on the calendar and I will highlight them in my weekly blog if you're interested. If for some reason there is a change in time, location, or a cancellation (due to weather or other force of nature) I will post it here as soon as I know. I will also send out an email, but this is a great resource to check if you are ever questioning it! There is an option to subscribe to this blog so it's sent directly to your email! If you would like to do that, but can't figure out how to, let me know and we will figure it out together. I also will feature any books that I read throughout the year that I believe w...
